Hereinafter called the Attorney. The True and Lawful Attorney in Malaysia for the Employer subject to the limitation here in expressed to do and perform any and all of the following things and acts :

To recruit and engage Nepal national on behalf of the Employer as per salaries and other conditions of employment mentioned in the enclosed Letter of Demand.

To Act on behalf of the Employer in respect of such selection and matters pertaining there to including those with the Protector of Immigrants Government of Nepal and with this Consulate of Malaysia in Nepal.

| 3. |
The power of attorney can be terminated on giving three months notice to and parts by the other in writing. This power of attorneys shall have immediate effect and remain ion force until revoked as provided above.

This power of Attorney supersedes all precious authorization given by the employer to any other attorney in Nepal.
